  There are 150 Psalms. This means that if you read 5 a day, for 30 days, you will work through the entire book! So pick up the book of Psalms and do the following:
  1. Whatever the date is, read the Psalm for that day!
  2. Then, add exactly 30 and read the next Psalm.
  3. Do this until you have read 5 Psalms.
So if today is the first of the month, you would read Psalm 1, 31, 61, 91 and 121.   Step 2: Read a Chapter in Proverbs   Proverbs conveniently has 31 chapters!
